Project and User Registration Forms
The below forms are for current users of MONT facilities and projects recently approved
by facility staff. Do not fill out these forms if you are seeking approval for a
new project. For new projects that have not been approved by one of the MONT facility
staff, please visit How to Become a User.

PIs Register projects here
PIs using the MONT facilities (MMF, ICAL, CBE, the TEM and Mass Spec) for projects utilizing nanotechnology or nanoscale science are required to register EACH project using the Project Registration button below. A new form must be filled out for each unique project.
Users Register here
A USER is someone who physically uses the MONT labs or has work done on their behalf by laboratory staff. Students, postdocs, staff and other non-MSU personnel using the MONT facilities (MMF, ICAL, CBE, the TEM and Mass Spec) for projects utilizing nanotechnology or nanoscale science are required to register using this form. Remote users must also register with this form. Users should only register once, even if they are working on multiple projects or use several MONT facilities.
