Project Initiation Grant Results
MONT has provided over 60 Project Initiation Grants since 2016. These small awards (less than $5,000) provided training and use of our laboratory facilities and have been utilized by industrial and academic researchers for proof-of-concept work to garner follow-on funding. Awardees have secured funding from national granting agencies as well as SBIR awards.
