Description

The LEO 912 with a CCD or digital camera, EELS or PEELS spectroscopy with the in-line OMEGA filter. Either a spectrum or picture can be obtained. This scope is equipped with a 2K X 2K digital camera with software for analysis. It is normally run with 100 KV accelerating voltage, but can be set to vary from 60-120KV.
